How easy is it to work for 2 bosses? I thought it was difficult when different bosses were fighting for your time, wanting you to do their work first. However, it seems worse when you have 2 bosses with 2 different sets of ideas doing the same piece of work! And here I am stuck in-between.
She said that I have my own opinion and should voice them out. However, is it because I am afraid of him that's why I do not voice them out? I really do not know. It would be easy if you just tell me what you want. However, nobody really knows what they want, they just want me to get it done. Perhaps I really should have my own opinion and stick with it. However, being me, when everything is new, I just want to listen to everyone's opinion.

similarly, i think working for 2 bosses aren't easy at all...so i think it'd b best to voice out ur opinions if u have...but it's normal to just want to listen to others when things are new...
when there is a case that 2 bosses wanting me to do their work first, I ask them to talk to each others and finalist who's work is in polarity.
Don’t hold the ball on your hands; pass the bass to those people who created the mess.
One important thing to remember, try to be neutral when “2 tigers” are fighting. Make them believe, you are “innocent”, problem is always comes from another side (boss).
