It doesn't feel very good to be the new kid on the block....to be unsure of my work...to have to keep on asking people to explain or to clarify...however, I think this is a necessary stage that I have to endure while adapting to my new job....this is the passage of life in a new environment. I hope that I learn the ropes real fast...cos right now...I still get sleepless nights when I worry about stuff in the office cos I am unsure of my responsibility and role.

to me, ask qns is good...it's better to ask than to assume u know when u dunno...
why sleepless nights? seems like u r very stressed...
after a while, u shd be able to know what's ur role n responsibilities...
